Let’s gather and catch up on what everyone is up to. We’re checking with Liberty on reserving the back room. Let me know if you want to join but March 13 isn’t good for you.

I have the ok to show you guys the EE portfolio management software I made for AEP, so I’ll be ready to do a small presentation if people are interested. Also, my little company has grown and I’ll be bringing my team to meet everyone.

Time for our summer meetup – already our fifth meeting!

We have a group of solid people showing up at these meetings – and are looking for speakers that are interested in giving a presentation. We are also actively discussing how our group can evolve, and what our objectives and goals are.

July 14th also coincides with the the Cleantech Open National Investor Conference in San Jose.

Tuesday March 8th is our next event!!!

This one will be an experiment. We’ll pair up with Seattle Greendrinks for this event. So it’s gonna be a little bit crunchier than normal. Should be a super fun event to meet lots of new folks.

After this, we’ll resume with our regular more intimate gatherings.See you there!!!??!

Our first event was super fun! We had about 4 software companies focused on cleantech attend and a whole set of industry folks including an awesome group of folks from NW Energy Angels.

No one’s quite sure where this effort will go, but with one good event behind us, let’s do it again!

What is Digital Cleantech Seattle?

Do you love software and have interest in cleantech? This group is for you!

Our goals are humble and focused – our main thing is to try to help connect folks interested in Cleantech and information technology for informal discussions and fun.

To this end, our initial plan is:

1. Assemble an evening for networking and libations every 4-8 weeks. All are welcome
2. Organize an email list to help folks connect

This is a modest experiment and we’ll see how it goes.  This is run by volunteers - entrepreneurs, investors, lawyers, etc…  There’s no formal organization nor funding no commercial interests.
